The Second Babylune Contest

St. Valentine’s Day is in 12 days. If you are like me, you will be greeted at the end of the work day with a bottle of wine and a bundle of grocery store flowers with the 1.99 price tag still attached. Still, marriage is not about presents or recognition. Not even when you move to another continent to help someone live his dream, not even when you give him two children and get up with one or both of them every night while he sleeps even though both of you have to work in the morning. But, that, is beside the point.
I am making reading this blog about presents. Well, one present for one reader. Leave a comment on any new post written between February 2 and 14th 2007 and I will reward the most thoughtful, helpful comment with a copy of Chicken Soup for the Dieter’s Soul in which my essay “My Last Twenty Pounds” appears. The recipient of the gift will be announced on 15 February. Can you feel the love?
