Top Ten Post Partum Exercise Posts

I was combing through the archives today and found my top ten posts about post partum exercise.

My goal is to find the time to do one activity from each of these posts this weekend.
1. Movement for Mere Mortals points to all the ways to get started after you have a baby.

2. Stand Up Straight talks about how motherhood affects posture.
3. Don’t forget, a fitness routine is something you have to ease into after giving bith.
4. Fitness isn’t about losing weight. It’s about living a healthier life, for the whole family.
5. The Abs Omnibus points to all the belly posts.
6. Walking is always great exercise and it’s free.
7. Agrifitness! It’s hard work and it’s never finished, but if you’re lucky you get fruit and vegetables out of it.
8. NIA may be the perfect exercise for new mothers.
9. I reason that maybe a little pain, is the price of getting back into shape.
10. Pump iron points to research that weight training helps to control abdominal fat.
