Hypnosis doesn't work like that. Ever heard of "Lost in a Mall" or any other experiments in the last decade? Actual "retention" of memories in one spot of the brain (and regression to retrieve it) is a popular but unlikely theory and would not, at this point, be usable any credible defense or prosecution. If we could really zap the truth out of anybody just by hypnotizing them, don't you think we would have been doing it to criminals for two hundred years?
