What You Eat May Determine Sex of Your Baby

Yes, I know many believe it just as an old wives tale, you know the whole sweet things are girls and sour are boys. But according to the most recent reports what you, as the mom or mom to be, eats before making the baby will determine the sex. So, ladies and gentlemen you really can predict the birth of your baby.

By eating a banana you are ensuring a little boy, or any other high in calories food items. If you are eating a more restricted diet though you can count on a girl.

So which old wives tales are myth or fact?

eating a banana will make a boy- true
drinking milk makes a girl- false
skipping breakfast makes a girl- true
eating sweets makes a girl- false (if you eat tons of sugar, that is high calories)

Now according to the research there were 740 expecting mothers that didn’t know their child’s sex that they kept a record of what they ate. Those that ate tons of high in calorie food items predicted the sex would be correct and got it right.

What do you think of the research? Do you believe they created the sex of their child? In my honest opinion I think if they had NOT been pregnant and doing the high calorie or low calorie and then got pregnant would’ve been more believeable. However, they were already pregnant, baby was already being created. But this is just me and I’m no scientist.
