Whilst in the midst of my moody funk this morning, Cottontimer announced the results of a study that found mothers who work outside the home are thinner and healthier than mothers who stay at home.

Does this news make anyone feel better?

What say you and I ditch the kids and go be someone else’s slave in a fancy office?

  2. kbaggott says:

    Hey,

The going price for my soul is as little as $70K per year.

  3. Jill (far_gone) says:

I don’t know if working outside the home will make me thinner, but I know it makes me saner!! But that’s just me. ;)

  4. kbaggott says:

    Sanity counts for a lot.

So does not working in an office ten feet from the kitchen.

  5. Hsien Lei says:

Kate, Please stop working out of my home office.

  6. kbaggott says:

We need to re-design so that the kitchen is at least a mile away. Then, we can get enough exercise walking there for meals between entries.

  7. Hsien Lei says:

Actually, my functioning kitchen really is about a mile away in that fancy new Carluccio restaurant on the high road. :D
