For the past week Little A has been doing what a lot of military children deal with…a missing daddy. No, his daddy isn’t overseas but

in military training, which for this little guy means daddy went away for work and hasn’t come home yet. While he has got to talk with him on the phone just about every night he seems to be struggling a bit with missing his favorite person. Thankfully we found our “Daddy Doll” from when their daddy did go to Iraq for the Marines and I had it made for the kids to hug when they missed him. As you can see, this doll works perfectly for that. The doll may not be able to tickle his tummy or play with him he can carry him around and sleep beside him.

My husband recently enlisted in the AirForce and I’m dreading when he has to leave…Tay will miss him like crazy
What an adorable picture! We now have a non-profit organization that gives these Daddy Dolls away free to any military family that cannot afford one or who loses their hero in the line of duty. Help us spread awareness. It allows your neighbors to give back by supporting our Little Heroes, like the one in your picture. Please visit our website and help us spread the word about this much needed service – http://www.operationhugahero.org. Thank you to all our troops serving! We are also a proud military family!
Eliza, that is a precious photo.
