This looks fabulous, Marye. I love artichokes. In fact, my favorite dinner as a teen was cooking frozen artichokes and then melting mozzarella over them, so you know this would be up my alley!

What a fantastic dish and a perfect foil the my can of artichokes. I do love hiding great things in pastas so my unsuspecting husband – who thinks he doesn’t like stuff – can tell me how delicious it is.

This does sound amazing Marye. I wouldn’t have thought to add artichokes to the mix. I know it was delicious!!!
