		<description>Just tried this last week for Girls Night In and it was fabulous! We used unmarinated artichokes and red potatoes. We served it with mini filet mignon burgers stuffed with roasted red peppers and goat cheese. Can&#039;t wait to make this again! (it was even better left over!)</description>
