I’m so glad that it got there in one piece (and hopefully still fresh!). I was so worried about you guys last week when I read about the flood (and saw pics of Lancaster, TX on The Weather Channel). I’m glad I was able to give you the hug you needed when things weren’t going so well. It makes the whole exchange thing worthwhile.

What a lovely box of goodies! I participated in a similar event a few months ago (not foodie related, though) and it was fun, though not as satisfying as I had hoped–the gal that sent me a package was from my former home of Atlanta, and the girl that I sent a package to stopped blogging, and didn’t even tell me she’d received it! Ugh, so you can imagine how that sort of turned me off a little bit. But I love the idea of a foodie exchange–so yummy to get treats in the mail!
