AHA! Another sweet-tooth I went sweet with mine too – I couldn’t resist!! I was considering cardamom myself but went with the cinnamon. I bet the cardamom is GORGEOUS. I tried to make a cannoli shape but I had to give up – my rolls did NOT want to stay together!! GREAT job, everything looks delicious
