For as much as I consider myself a diehard chocolate fan, I’ve never made a mole. I know, pathetic right? Well, have no fear, your dish has totally inspired me to correct this little absurdity in my cooking record!

I have always wanted to try Mole as it sounds so intriguing! Have you ever seen the movie, “Like Water for Chocolate”? Not one you want to see with your kids, but what a wonderful movie all about food and emotions. Come to think about it some parts are even embarrassing to watch alone…I cover my eyes .

I think this recipe will have to go in my file for a rainy day!!!
