		<description>we did a shepherd&#039;s pie variation tonight.  Leftover turkey (which was amazingly tender!!  Must have been the soaking in the freezer that did the trick... wow), anyway, leftover turkey, would have then done gravey, but dh misunderstood me when I said to drain the turkey, then a little bit of colby jack cheese, then corn, the remnants of the stuffing, finally the mashed potatoes, rewhipped.  Baked at 350 for 1 hr, topped with more cheese, baked till melted.  YUM!!  out of a 9x13 pan, we have less than 1/3 left.</description>
