If you get excited over pasta, if you crave the versatility of this frugal yet gourmet ingredient…well, this Presto Pasta Post is for you!
We got some incredible entries this week, that had me drooling. ABSOLUTELY. I don’t know how you do it, but the easiest way to grab a recipe that you like is to copy it to your word program and then print it out. I keep them in a plastic sleeve (available at Office Depot) in a temporary notebook. After I have made the dish the recipe either goes into the permanent notebook OR the trash.
So…get your printer finger ready…
Gloria of Cookbook Cuisine creates Mediterranean Chicken Pasta from a Tyler Florence recipe. I love the look of this; simple and delicious.
Have you noticed that there is always something good going on over at Ben’s? What’s Cookin’ is an incredible blog and for Presto Pasta he has come up with Pomegranate Meatballs & Almond Sauce. Is this beautiful or what?
Jy of Argus World makes Malaysian-style Stir-fried Spaghetti. I haven’t tried many of the Asian pasta dishes but this one kind of encourages me that now might be a good time!
Mikki from My Finds made a Carbonara with a Filipino twist. Check out Tocino with Malunggay Carbonara Pasta with Garlic Pandesal.
Hungry for lasagne? The Foodhunter from The Food Hunter’s Guide to Cuisine created this Italian American Lasagne from a recipe by Lidia Bastianich. Looks yummy!
I have to ask…is your cut and paste/printer finger getting tired yet??
Ning, who writes the beautiful blog, Heart and Hearth, made this classic Sicilian Style Spagetti with Garlic and Meat using her own, homemade pasta.
Ruth is the brains behind Pasta Presto roundups. Her blog, Once Upon a Feast, is an absolute delight to read. Ruth gives us an amazing Farfelle with Chorizo, Chickpeas & Baby Spinach.
Kitchenetta from the blog, Got No Milk, sent in an Italian baked chicken and pasta, adapted from a recipe by Giada DeLaurentiis to make is dairy free. Mmmmm.
If you are ready for something to spice up your life check out Daphne’s entry, Stir Fry Black Pepper Sausage Pasta. Can you ever beat quick and easy and delicious? Her blog, More Than Words, is filled with all kinds of yummy things.
Ruth from Kit’s Chow sent in a Yam Woon Sen, Thai Glass Noodle Salad. Spearmint, chili and lime? Oh MY!
Christmas is just around the corner. One way we celebrate holidays is with food and friends. I am loving these great ideas, how about you?
One Perfect Bite is written by Mary. She posted a beautiful recipe for Christmas Pasta, and I have to admit to leaving her blog up so I could listen to the music while I did my other stuff!
Jokergirl, from We’re Rabbits has a quick answer for the rumbly hungries! Asian Quick Noodle Woks are practically museum quality.
I submitted a quick way to use up leftover creamed spinach, with this Spinach Alfredo Fettucine with Pistachios.
And that’s it for this week! Ruth, thank you SO much for allowing me to host, and everyone..thank you so much for submitting such fabulous recipes …Makes my blog look good, you know!
Next week’s host is C of Foodie Tots . Check out Presto Pasta Website for more info!

I love PPN! There is always a bunch of amazing recipes to try and drool over. I like your idea of printing the recipes and either save them or throw them away after making them. I should start doing something like that. Thanks for hosting this week!
Thanks for participating Ben!
