I have had this cookbook…

since I was five years old. My grandparents gave it to me for Christmas. My dream was to make every single cookie in this book. Ten years later, I still haven’t done it, but I haven’t stopped dreaming!
We’ve found “favorites” in this book over the years… Here’s a few of them: Chocolate Swirls pg. 65, Almond Tart Cookies pg. 148, and Mile High Yogurt Brownies pg. 212.
Out of the 255 pages, only nine do not have pictures, and every single one is sure to make your mouth water. I have often — most especially when I first got it — spent hours browsing through this cookie book and devouring the rich, full-color images.
The instructions are detailed and clear, though the recipes are suprisingly short and simple. Usually there are no more than three paragraphs per recipe, within a two-inch column next to a picture of the finished project.
This is an awesome cookie book for beginners. I highly recommend it. Happy Baking!!!
