I think I told you guys that i got involved in a blog exchange with Dispensing Happiness. The idea was to send in your name and then you wold recieve a package from someone somewhere in the world with a bunch of their favorites in it..and you would send one.
Being somewhat adventureous I chose to agree to an international exchange and today I not only sent my package out but I recieved mine in!
Mine came from Eunice at lemon almond

She sent me the ingredients for a lucious sounding Malaysian dessert called,Sago Pudding with Palm Sugar, and she also sent a recipe book! So cool!
I will make this in a day or two and post pictures and results..You DID notice I can post pictures again, didn’t you???
So now, I will wait nervously to see if the person who got MY package enjoys the things I sent!
A blog competition that I haven’t gotten involved with yet but plan to soon is, SUgar High Friday.
Event he title is perfect, isn’t it? LOL! This week the theme is tropical paradise and you can read the instructions for submitting your recipe at Mary’s Blog, Alpine Berry. SHe has hurt her back so the contest has been extended until July 30th..giving us all plenty of time to think of something deliciously sweet and tropical.
