Mutant Pizza.

Crust made with sourdough starter. Topped with rice “mozzarella”, olive oil, rosemary and garlic — a dairy-free version of “pizza bianca”, but it didn’t work out too well, as you can see. The rice cheese melts, but doesn’t spread at all. I’ll do a real one, one of these days.

















Actually it looks pretty good to me. You could bake it at an X-men themed party!
