I got an email from April Shunn Williams of Paramount Farms yesterday. In fact it was a very nice, complimentary email…my favorite kind! Anyway she wondered if I would pass on to my readers some important information about the pistachio recall. Apparently not all pistachios are being recalled and there are a couple of links you might want to bookma

The FDA and the Pistachio Growers of California have gotten together and created a website, Pistachio Recall, which has tons of information and specifics to this particular recall. It is being watched and updated regularly.
The other site is, of course, the FDA site where you can do a search on any pistachio containing product that you might have on your pantry shelves.
Pistachios are so awesome in so many dishes, lets not keep from using the ones that are safe.
