This was fantastic. I made it on the spur of the moment and loved every bite of it. I used much less chicken (because it is what I had on hand) so I had left over sauce. I’ve shared it with half a dozen people..and all of them have raved. Thanks.

This looks delicious and I love using panko breadcrumbs. It’s amazing how crunchy things turn with them! Although I am thankful it’s almost lunchtime as your description has made me very hungry!
