I didn't have dark cocoa powder so I just used regular. They're still really rich...I can't imagine how decadent they'd be with dark cocoa. I also don't have rose water so I just added a little more vanilla. Mine are super gooey in the middle too...I used an 8" pan and didn't bake any longer (I forgot to adjust), so they got nice and crunchy on the top and sides and almost meltingly gooey in the middle :-) Yummy…made these tonight. It's made from scratch, but a bread machine just makes it easy to have fresh baked bread finished at breakfast. This was my very first bread I ever used on a timer setting and it was delicious this morning. Kids ate the /whole/ loaf by noon. Yes’m it can.
