		<description>okay marye, pizza burgers are just that burgers! they are not ground beef cooked and drained. although yours sure do look great! they are patties that are pan fried. they need to be 5-6 inches in dia. and thin. so thin that they kind of cup up when done. then top with sauce and cheese or whatever you like on a pizza. then pour 1/4 c. h2o in pan and cover tightly for 30 sec. makes steam to melt cheese. oh i do like italian seasoning too. big sesame seed bun and mayo, yes mayo, the flavor combo is great. i like lots of mayo on mine! salt &amp;pepper and fries!!! hard to beat!!!</description>
