Jerry, Hershey doesnt make them any more. I found them here http://www.organic-wave.com/25lb-raspberry-chocolate-chips-1m.aspx but it looks like you have to buy 25 lbs! I suggest using milk chocolate chips and dried raspberries as a substitute.

Marye it sounds like a great recipe. Too bad the
search engine leads your description with “I found some raspberry swirl chocolate chips on sale for a dollar a bag…” I was searching for raspberry chips. You refer people to Amish Alley to find chips. Unfortunately their price is pretty steep.

Raspberry swirled chocolate chips – omg – delicious. Why don’t they have a whole line of swirled chocolate chips – blueberry, cherry, strawberry, the possibilities are endless.

Dried raspberries would probably work really well..Fresh would add too much liquid.

I never heard of raspberry chips either — could you just use real raspberries? These do sound super good though — you finally talked about a nut I’ll actually eat; almond.

Cyndi- Check out the link for Amish Alley I added to my post. They carry a raspberry chocolate chip although not swirled.

I did a quick Internet search for those chips because they sounded so darn yummy. Unfortunately, they’ve been discontinued which is why you were able to pay only $1 for them!
