		<description>I tried your recipe with the beets plus 2 tblespoons of fushia gel food color (Luck&#039;s brand) and it was amazing. I did however use 1.5 cups of buttermilk and an extra egg. It was all the rave and I have been commissioned to make 3 more since. While you cannot achieve the full red tinit from the beets it did give it a slight reddish tint (I was sad too b/c I wanted to use the beets only). I also used 1/2 all purp and 1/2 cake flour, so this may have helped with the color being more vibrant with less coloring for me. I will continue to experiemnt as I , like you, prefer to use natural ingredients also.</description>
