The cookie idea came from your sugar cookies and your daughters peanut butter cookies. Does that bring a small amount of “making it right?”

Since I am not exactly feeling romantic these days, I am going to make chicken pot pie. He loves it. I always burn my fingers de-boning the chicken. Hence I avoid making it. Yes, I know make the chicken earlier and let it cool.
For the kids I will make a cake and cookies. I liked your sugar cookies. I think I will make a white chocolate ganache and add a bit of red food coloring for pink color. Then dip or drizzle the cookies.
