		<description>This is similar to one of my all-time favorite recipes - we have it every Thanksgiving and it&#039;s from a 1960s cookbook called Elegant but Easy.  I like the Texas spin you&#039;ve put on the similar thing we make.  Yum!</description>

		<description>That does sound good. I really could have used that recipe the year jim wouldn&#039;t let me pick the crook necks until he thought they were big enough. OY!  unfortunately the entire family now spontaneously runs screaming into the sunset whenever crook neck squash appears.

The chilis would make it really good.</description>
