One of my favorite baking catalogs. Formerly “Maid of Scandinavia”.
Request your catalog here. They don’t have online ordering and the online preview of the catalog is a bit hard to navigate, so it’s best if you have the hard copy in front of you when you order. The great thing is that they have the sweetest, most helpful people manning the phones, and they’ll help you find stuff in the catalog if you can’t find them, or recommend items if you need help with that. Every year I place an order for something, and delivery is always quick and painless, so you can get baking right away.

I want a pannetone mold and baking paper too, and I thought SC had them, but I can’t find them in the catalog this year. Guess I’ll have to get those from Fantes.
