O.k. I was planning on doing this with cranberries and then I didn’t have any…so I went with what I did have which was golden raisins. This stuffing is addictive, I promise. It is so flavorful, even without roasting in the turkey, that you will be lucky to get ti to the table. I added chipotle in adobo for a smoky little kick and because of that I think it would be amazing to serve with a deep fried turkey.

Before I give you my thoughts on this incredible Maple Apple Streusel Muffin, let me say that I have no clue what is up with my lighting for my photographs. Combination of cheap, old camera and the new type of light bulbs (green but yellow if you know what I mean)..or maybe it is just my monitor.

I am getting in the mood for Autumn, and the holidays, not because the weather has been cool and rainy..because it hasn’t! We are hovering around 100 today again with high humidity that makes you want to suck the air into your body through a straw.
