As a homeschool mom I  actually do have to deal with things like the Periodic Table, Venn Diagrams, and dangling participles rather often.  I seriously bake and cook to relax and get away from it all, because, as we all know, nothing repels children (of dishwashing age)  like a dirty kitchen.

I try to post one South Beach recipe per week but there are numerous other blogs on the web that are posting them daily, or nearly so.

One of my favorite bloggers, Ruth, from Once Upon A Feast does South Beach recipes on a regular basis with all of the panache and voila! that she does everything. She is the hostess for the Presto Pasta Night roundups..(which I forgot yet again. ). She has an incredible looking recipe for Ginger Kale Stirfry on her other blog, Recipes 4 Every Kitchen.

Kalyn from Kalyn’s Kitchen also has South Beach recipes. Check out the Cannelli Bean Soup with Sausage and Escarole.

At Food For Heaven, Dani gives this recipe for South Beach Teriyaki Tuna.  She is like me, in that she blogs about a lot of foods..and they ALL look great.
