I try to post one South Beach recipe per week but there are numerous other blogs on the web that are posting them daily, or nearly so.

She is the hostess for the Presto Pasta Night roundups..(which I forgot yet again. ). She has an incredible looking recipe for Ginger Kale Stirfry on her other blog, Recipes 4 Every Kitchen.

At Food For Heaven, Dani gives this recipe for South Beach Teriyaki Tuna. She is like me, in that she blogs about a lot of foods..and they ALL look great.

One of the cool things about the Internet is the wonderful resource that it is…Don’t forget to use it.
