o.k..so I had a rough day.  I am sitting here at midnight, should be sleeping, but decided to go ahead and post my Saturday Surfing because I am such a creature of habit.
If you must know, my computer is down for the count and I am on the slower, less cool, less helpful computer usually relegated to the kids reports and school stuff.  We are a paperless homeschool as much as possible.

I love the challenges set forth on the different blogs. Challenges..well..challenge me! I find I am challenged to try new things and to stretch in my cooking skills..to think outside the box. This weekend was no exception.
