So..this is the thing. Every week I say that I am going to share this or that recipe and every week I forget at least one. From now on I am going to post a sneak previews post on Sunday morning just to whet your appetite… and to remind me what I am suppose to be doing…so….enjoy -

Here it is, October first.
This is a close up of Marc’s maple tree that we got him for Father’s Day a few years ago.  I thinkit is called a scarlet maple? Anyway, I am going ot take pictures of it weekly to blog the changes.  It is truly beautiful in the fall for a few weeks.  Even in Texas.

I have been submitting images to Foodgawker and TasteSpotting for awhile.  I love those sites because there is always something cool on there and it makes it easy to find posts for Saturday Blog Surfing.  None of my images was ever quite good enough: over exposed, blurry, blah….
