This is another one from my mom’s file. It is bittersweet to see her handwriting, beginning to fade, and the stains on the card that marked it as a favorite. I have updated it some and made it easier to understand..Mom was born in 1918 and so when she was writing these recipes things were a bit different!! Dancing Like Nobody’s Watching
Paula used this curry frosting with a chocolate cake but I think that I am going to try it with an apple spice cake. The combination of curry buttercream and moist apple spice cake seems to me to be exactly the kind of thing I like, comfort food with a unique twist.
