I don’t know if you remember my interview with Brad Halpern of Eggology last summer, or the review I did of the eggs…but he has kindly offered the readers of Baking Delights four mini-carrot cakes from their Simply Sensational line of baked products made with egg whites instead of whole eggs for lower fat.

I haven’t had the opportunity to try these, but the other products I have tried from eggology have been amazing.  If you win you have to come back and tell me how they are!
