I know Crisco recently reduce their shortening to 1g of transfat in 12g of shortening (pretty sure), but I'm still not really lookin forward to tryin that. I have one question though. I'm sure I can figure out how to flour my Ford, but won't the cookies be a little bit...ruined if flatten them with my truck? The cookies were amazing!! They were crispy and simply melted in our mouths. We ate half the batch before the second was finished baking! Can't wait to see how they taste with the recommended amount of butter - next time. Then I google-lated "The Best Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe Ever" and found this site [secound on the list!] so I checked it out and it was the same as the one we found in the cook book!!
