I planted a rhubarb plant last summer, but it’s still too immature to pick my own. But I’ve been thinking about strawberry-rhubarb pie and your post with the recipe and your crust technique is wonderful! I hope to try making it this coming weekend. Thanks so much, as always, for your great blog.
