LOL I think I know why I have lost my desire to cook. Last month I made hamburger helper for the 2nd time in my life. It got rave reviews Last night I made fish sticks, Kroeger mac and cheese, and corn. The family raved about it. Ok I added cream cheese to the mac and cheese...but still. I make chicken and stirfry veggies they complain...too many veggies. :::;sigh:::: If I made curried veggies, dhall, cucmber raita, chapathis, brown rice etc with all the fixings, they'd probably just stare at it. I miss my older kids who liked healthy, tasty food. I can just see my family if I tried to serve them that! LOL
