Each year we get 10 new hens. We act as the staging area which means they bring about 50 hens to my house overnight then they process them and send most to other coops in the county. Needless to say I am up to my eyeballs in pullet eggs. Pound cake is one of my favorite ways to use eggs because I can freeze it. I'll have plenty of eggs to try a lot of the recipes you have posted.
