Breastfeeding Podcasts from La Leche League International and the Australian Breastfeeding Association

In addition to all of the books and free videos available on breastfeeding and parenting, you can now take advantage of podcasts!
La Leche League International offers a wide variety of podcasts on breastfeeding, parenting, and women’s health and related issues. I’m impressed by the list of medical professionals, breastfeeding experts and authors interviewed in the collection. If you’re a newbie like me, you might find helpful LLL’s Podcast Instructions, Troubleshooting and Frequently Asked Questions.
The Australian Breastfeeding Association also offers a collection of podcasts. I like that the latest podcast is available on that page with a “stream in now” feature that does not require listeners to download a file. Each podcast in the “Mums Right” series is like a virtual local meeting of the Australian Breastfeeding Association. The 40-55 minute audio segments are chatty yet very informative discussions of various breastfeeding and parenting topics. The “Lactation Resource Centre” podcast series presents interviews and excerpts from its information sessions.
