Future Breastfeeding Counselor

Attend enough breastfeeding support group meetings and your child too may want to play “breastfeeding counselor and breastfeeding mother.” My husband tells me that our two-year-old wanted to play that game with him. It was a short game that went like this:
Husband (as breastfeeding mother): “I’m having some trouble breastfeeding.”
Two-year-old (as breastfeeding counselor, handing him a book): “You read this.”
The book our two-year-old handed him was a parenting book, but it didn’t cover breastfeeding. Ironically, the book was Your Two-Year-Old: Terrible or Tender. Personally I think our two-year-old is quite tender and would make an excellent breastfeeding counselor someday!

That is HILARIOUS!
We have the “Your three year old: friend or enemy” around here somewhere.
