MySpace Controversy over Breastfeeding Photos

February 25, 2007 by Angela White, J.D., breastfeeding counselor
Filed under activism

MySpace continues to cause controversy by removing breastfeeding photos it claims violate MySpace policies. Tanya at the Motherwear Breastfeeding Blog provided a link to the e-petition you can sign to ask MySpace to change its position.

This incident follows on the heels of a similar controversy involving the on-line community LiveJournal. You can read more about that one at ProMom.
