Wordle uses the text or RSS feed from a blog to create a “word cloud.” You can play around with the colors, font, and word orientation. You can even remove words you don’t want to appear. Thanks to Half Pint Pixie for the inspiration! Join us in the fun and create your own Wordle. To celebrate, I am running a contest to give away If These Boobs Could Talk: A Little Humor to Pump Up the Breastfeeding Mom. This book would be perfect for the BTDT (been-there-done-that) breastfeeding mother who is well-established in breastfeeding her baby and can laugh at any bumps in the road along the way. Full-color cartoon illustrations add to the fun.” I am giving away my copy, which has only been slightly “loved” by my three-year-old who enjoyed the cute illustrations and repeatedly asked to look at the “baby book.” To enter, Americans and Canadians are welcome to leave a comment using a valid email address before the end of the day Wednesday, October 8, 2008! Not only is Kate generous and giving, she is also a sneaky little Santa and a good friend, even to her friends in the computer like me. Turns out she made donations in honor of all of the 35 entries in the group writing project, including mine! Canadian Kate gave $15 to La Leche League Canada. Thanks Kate! Your gift was a wonderful surprise and it meant a lot to me.
