La Leche League International (LLLI) calls upon breastfeeding supporters to nominate LLLI to win $10,000 in The Christie Cookie Charity Giveaway! It just takes a minute to select your charity (scroll down to get to La Leche League) and enter your email address (which the company promises not to sell to third parties). When I polled people to see if they had ever attended a La Leche League meeting, the poll results showed that 35% — 50 people — had not attended a meeting but would like to do so. I want to help people make it to a meeting!

In a pool of 143 voters, 52 percent had attended a La Leche League meeting and an additional 35 percent are interested in doing so. An overwhelming 91% of those who had attended a meeting found it helpful, while only 9% did not enjoy it.
