I tried making the brownies with the 300F as mentioned in the show. they turned out to be undone… so I adjusted it to 350 for 30 minutes and 325 for another 30 minutes. they worked out fine… with the kind of oven I have anyway

I just made Alton’s Brownies and
thought how great they are and just
now re-reading the recipie, I forgot
to include the flour! Believe it or not, they were still great!
