Nothing funny going on in my life atm – as a matter of fact I had a very unfunny day yesterday, and hope that something I said that was not kind will be forgiven.

  2. Rebecca Peters says:

Well its still early…but my 1 year old son did (with chocolate covered face, somehow he got some of sissy’s candy) looked over the couch shrugged his arms, smiled and said da ohhhhhh? LOL I don’t know what that means but it made me laugh!

  3. jennefer sweitzer says:

i hold my daughters chin when i brush the front of her hair, well my daughter doesn’t like me to hold her chin. so she said why do you do that ? I said , it helps hold your head still. She said let go I ‘ll hold my head still, she put her hand on her chin. she brighten my day, i needed it this morning….that little chuckle. ( she is 5, )

  4. Cindy Sue says:

Got up and went straight to the kitchen for my wake up cup of coffee, pour it, put half and half, sugar in it. Took a big gulp and it was stone cold, HELLO it was yesterdays old coffee. I had to laugh.

  5. Jennifer S. says:

Last night, while we were trick-or-treating, my two-year-old was a riot. I watched as he bravely walked up to the door behind all of the bigger kids, stood there, looked at the homeowner, and with one hand holding his bucket of candy, he would point into the candy bucket with the other! I never could get him to say trick-or-treat or anything else at door except for thank you when we were leaving. He just wanted the goods in his buckets!

  6. charline s says:

Funniest thing today, well with all the Halloween candy from last night. I ask my son what he wanted for breakfast. He takes his candy bucket filled with candy and says this is breakfast. I said I don’t think so. lol

  7. Heidi K says:

So far it’s been a pretty mundane day without event, but it’s early, the day after halloween and I have 5 kids so anything is possible! The most eventful I guess would be the dog being let in with muddy paws this morning and chasing him all over the house and then the lovely clean up that ensued…but that’s almost a daily thing with little kids in the house.

  8. Kayce C says:

I had a marriage proposal from a complete stranger.

  9. Karen says:

    Nthing yet.

  10. Candie L says:

I had to help my husband clean the elementary school (we had to clean today so he could be off last night for Halloween)

  11. Jennifer Jozwiak says:

i’m going to catch up on some reading, which is fun for me!

  12. Susan Ledet says:

I was in my backyard garden and felt something drop on my shoulder. I just shook my shirt and assumed it was just a leaf. Well, about 5 minutes later, I had a feeling that I was being watched. I turned my head and found the cutest little rain frog on my shoulder. I had to laugh out loud since it scared me at first.

  13. kathy pease says:

    i made a shepards pie :)

  14. danielle says:

Went to have a tooth pulled this morning, not so very funny, except that I was so glad to get it over with I became ensued with nervous laughter.

  15. rebecca says:

I was a little late putting food out for the birds. Someone was impatient and came zooming off the roof reminding me of the Alfred Hitchcock movie Birds.

  16. Suanne Giddings says:

I bought a mini food processor and decided to see how well the slicing/grating disc works. I didn’t read the instructions far enough and didn’t put a bowl under the chute – I think I figured it would into the small attached bowl. I put in a potato and pushed the button. It worked great, but the machine spit sliced potatoes all over the counter and floor. Lesson learned – READ INSTRUCTIONS THORIUGHLY! Thank you for the opportunity to win!

  17. Megret says:

We tried to get the three cousins to sit still for a Christmas photo shoot this morning….ages 15 mos, 2, and 4 — now THAT was interesting! :)
    Thanks so much!

  18. Tammy Greer says:

I live in SUNNY southern California and (HA! HA!) it’s raining today! I grew up in rural NC so I’m used to the rain but these native Angelenos aren’t.

  19. Donna K says:

My dog ate some soup. he will eat almost anything.

  20. Alicia Webster says:

Funny? Interesting? How about horrifying? My mother-in-law arrived earlier today for a 10 day visit. Please God, just kill me now so that the suffering will end.

  21. Heather C says:

My cat is following me around. She usually likes to be anywhere but near me, but today, she’s following me to the bathroom, kitchen, mailbox. It’s odd.

  22. L Knott says:

My husband and I are on the phone with our daughter at college and he starts to take my rice crispy bar! I look at him and were gesturing, not paying attention to the child! Come to find out it was the last bar and he didn’t split it, so I had to quietly chew it while on the phone. Ya think as Empty Nesters we’re in a rut yet?

  23. Jennifer C. says:

I can almost find some humor in this now but today I participated in a PTA holiday stop and shop fundraiser at a local school (I sell Tupperware). I paid $25 for my booth and had to donate a raffle item. The gal that organized the event did not do ANY advertising!!! She didn’t even have the school send notes home with the kids and didn’t bother to have anyone put a sign out until halfway through the sale. Luckily I sold enough to cover my entry fee and made a whole $14.50 (normally I make a couple hundred at these events). What a waste of a day.

  24. Salleefur says:

Actually, it was yesterday, Halloween. I had to run a quick errand right at the beginning of Trick or Treat time. Since the weather was good (for a change) and it was still light our (CDT till Sunday) I knew there would be a “higher turnout” than usual, so I stuffed my purse and coat pockets withe candy bars and sure enough, as I was unloading grocery bags from the car, there must have been like 35 little kids seeking candy/treats! Luckily, I was prepared and was able to pass out the treats to everyone before I even made it too the front door. The parents were very amused too.

  25. Leigh Nichols says:

I forgot I was wearing my pajama pants with huge Penguins on them and went out to check the mail, waving to the neighbors as they drove past…

  26. Lily Kwan says:

I saw an interesting cooking segment this morning on a local news broadcast.

  27. ELSIE says:

Slipped outside while trying to get the mail quickly before someone in the neighborhood saw me – turned out a neighbor was a witness to my fall! Thanks for this chance.

  28. Theresa Dell says:

I sold my daughters van today

  29. kimbly says:

I walked out on the front porch to get the mail in my pajamas and made the mailman jump in fright! I guess I’m scarier than I think first thing in the morning! :)

  30. Belenda says:

Typical, dull Saturday of catching up – probably the most interesting thing that happened to me so far today was that I actually found an empty parking space in the lot by the library instead of having to hike a mile from public street parking!

  31. Gaye McGill says:

Probably not “funny”, but fun for me . . . I had Saturday tasks to do today. I went to the grocery store, to the library, to the service station, and to the mall. And at every place I ran into someone I hadn’t seen in months. (It took me a long time to get my running done.)

  32. Lexi says:

I was looking out the window at Burger King, minding my own business, when a woman pulls up, gets out of her car, and spits on the ground before walking inside. Classy!

  33. Samantha Pruitt says:

i woke up really late and kept losing a knife, it was pretty funny!

  34. Patti Sherman says:

My partner & I both bought peach pies to surprise each other. Anyone for a piece of pie??

  35. Vicki says:

Unfortunately, this wasn’t a funny day for me. My car wouldn’t start, had to have it towed to the garage, and now I have to wait until Monday for the shop to open up to find out what’s wrong with it. Maybe it’ll be a small fix, and the bill will be funny!

  36. Roxy says:

I ran into 3 people from high school today.

  37. Eric T. says:

Went to the same store 3 times this week and parked next to the same car, in the same spot. It was like Groundhog Day.
