Katherine Anne Confections is Chicago’s premier eco-friendly chocolatier. All of her signature truffles and caramels are made from local and/or organic ingredients by hand in the Windy City. Katherine Anne Confections has six varieties of signature chocolate truffles: crème de menthe, java, hazelnut, cherry amaretto, citrus, and toasted coconut rum.

I love truffles. I just went to their site and saw that they have ITALIAN ICE CREAM TRUFFLES. Now, that sounds delicious.

I love truffles so much! I’d have to say the Coconut Rum truffle sounds so delicious! Rum and freshly toasted coconut coated in premium bittersweet chocolate? Count me in!
I love anything with dark chocolate. I also love coconut so a dark chocolate coconut would be divine to me.
Yum…….chocolate truffles are the best. The creme de menthe would be gone in a second in my house.
I like the truffles that are ALL Chocolate, soft and creamy inside and Dark on the outside.even better because my daughter doesn’t like dark! All mine!! Thanks for the chance to win!!

Dark chocolate with mint creme truffles!!
The darker the chocolate the better. My favorite truffle would have bittersweet dark chocolate and a hint of brandy flavoring. What a great item to giveaway! I would love this!

As a fellow, eco-friendly Chicagoan who adores chocolate (and has seldom met a chocolate truffle that she didn’t at least enjoy…) I have to say the java truffles are out of this world! Just thinking about them makes my mouth water…
