		<description>Sky - The melamine was added to milk products in China, reportedly to boost the apparent protein levels, as you said. Melamine is high in nitrogen and common tests for protein content read levels of nitrogen, so it was an easy way to make that level look good and not have to use as much milk. Oh yeah - it also kills people. I guess they overlooked that.

This is very irresponsible.

So technically it&#039;s not the chocolate, baby formula, etc., that&#039;s the problem, but the milk going into these products.
