Cadbury’s Goomageddon

This is bizarre and awesome: Cadbury has erected a giant billboard at Dundas Square in Toronto, Canada. The billboard has a gigantic Cadbury Creme Egg on the lower left side and a box on the upper right, both connected by a seesaw-looking device.
Presumably, as Mother Nature does her thing over the next few weeks with rain and snow, the box will fill with the precipitation, raising the Cadbury egg on the other end of the seesaw to an oversized fan that will eventually hack it open, releasing all the goo inside.
The campaign is entitled “Release the Goo,” and if you go to the website in the link you’ll find Cadbury Creme Egg commercials and can even watch a real-time video of the gigantic egg on the billboard.
Madness or brilliance? Or maybe a little of both?

What a riot! Their web site has some great videos and games. I’ll be watching the big egg journey toward the fan.
Canadians have all the fun! That website is hilarious. Made my friday!
How long have you had Cadbury Creme Eggs in Canada? I thought they only did them in the UK.
Suzie – they’re also available in the US.
