I made my chocolate zucchini cake over the weekend for Father’s Day and got some pictures before it disappeared. Enjoy 
You really can’t even see the zucchini once it’s out of the oven. More than anything it just adds a very light nutty taste and a lot of moisture.

hey Heather – I love following your recipes and posts, and they make me really crave badly for chocolates these days.
I do have one request – would you feature allergy-free chocolate recipes and resources once in a while. my daughter’s allergic to milk and eggs but she loves chocolates so I’m always looking for her ‘happy-fix.’
