I am so trying this the next time I have some extra cream cheese in the fridge!

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese
Flickr user Waldo Jaquith says that “after a decade of complaining about Bodo’s replacement of chocolate-chip cream cheese with strawberry cream cheese (ugh), I finally did something about it. Two packages of cream cheese, one 10 ounce bag of mini chocolate chips, and about two tablespoons of cocoa. Presto—dessert cream cheese.”
This would be amazing on bagels, of course. What else can you think of to put it on?

You could put it on top of a graham cracker crust and make a no-bake, chocolate cheesecake with it! YUM!
Hello fellow cooks and chocolate lovers! I recently had a chocolate turtle that had been molded in what looked like a fluted torte mold about 6 inches in diameter. The chef will not share her recipe or even where she got the mold. I have been searching the Web for molds and recipes, but would rather hear from other tried and true chefs about their thoughts and/or experiences with making something like this. Not sure if this is the right venue for asking this question, so accept my apology if needed in advance:)
Thanks! Kathy
Oh I am so doing this right after I finish commenting here
I just used up the rest of the stale bagels in a recipe that made them into pancakes, and now I have some leftover cream cheese to use up. I think I will frost some cookies with it!
