Chocolate Covered Grape Truffles

I love chocolate-covered fruit but to be honest I don’t think I’ve ever had chocolate-covered grapes (raisins, sure!). So I was intrigued when I came across this video tutorial on making your own grape truffles!

grapes

You start out by washing and completely drying some grapes before pouring microwaved chocolate over them and stirring to make sure they’re all coated. Add some cocoa powder to separate the grapes and give them the classic truffle look. How easy is that?

I would never have thought to try this! I wonder how well it works with green grapes?

Did you actually make these? How did they taste?

Hi Pam! Not yet – I haven’t had a chance to get out for grapes. I’m intrigued though and I think the kids would definitely have fun with it!
