Chocolate Easter Molds

chocolate_mold2.jpg chocolate_mold.jpg

I think this year I’d like to take a shot at making some of my own spring/Easter candy for the kids. I found some chocolate molds at Streichs Cake and Candy Supply. They’re less than two bucks each so you could stock up to make the process go faster. I’ve never bought from them so I’m not vouching, but they seem to have the best selection so far. (They also have a page to help you figure out what kind of mold you need.)

Have you ever made your own molded chocolate candy?

I’ve never made molded chocolate but that cute little bunny mold is way cute. I’m thinking about it now! I’ll go check out thier link.

Check out the selection of molds at http://www.CustomChocolateShop.com. Ive actually ordered from Streichs in the beginning of January 2008. Took three weeks to get the stuff and two of the items were nevered received. I contacted the sales email address on their website (twice) to find out what happened, were they back ordered and basically WILL I EVER GET THEM…never received a response to this day.
