A chocolate wafer pie crust can be used for so many things, and though they can be purchased from the store they really couldn’t be easier to make.

This one has only three ingredients and a pie pan. Who needs to run to the grocery store?

Chocolate Wafer Pie Crust

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Firmly press mixture into bottom and sides of a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Yield: one 9 inch pie crust.
